Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your flowers’ you must send an email to: within 3 hours of receiving the flowers BY THE SENDER ONLY with a description and a photo for any credit request to be accepted or considered.
Partial refunds will be issued for the value of the stems that have been affected, not the entire bouquet.  Please note replacement of the flowers is not an option.

Non Delivery

If the flower’s do not arrive on the date that was selected, we need to know right away. Get in touch with us by sending an email to or call us during customer service (10am – 5pm) hours at 604 770 1127 to speak with someone on our team immediately.

Cancelled Orders

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us by email info@petalino.comat least a day prior to the day of the original delivery date.
