A photo must be sent to email@example.com immediately after delivery has been successful (within 3 hours of the arrival) for credit requests to be considered.
Longevity and Quality
We guarantee our flowers to thrive for 24 hours after shipment by us has been fulfilled. Some individual stems will outlast others. This is normal. If you are not satisfied with your flowers’ longevity or quality you must send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of receiving the package with a description and a photo for any credit request to be accepted or considered. Partial refunds will be issued for the value of the stems that have been affected, not the entire bouquet.
If the flower’s do not arrive on the date that was selected, we need to know right away. Get in touch with us by sending an email to email@example.com or call us during customer service (10am – 5pm) hours at 604 770 1127 to speak with someone on our team immediately.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org least a day prior to the day of the original delivery date.
