Persian Elegance
Heidi & Dillon
This elegant and timeless Persian wedding at Stanley Park Pavilion was a perfect blend of tradition and West Coast charm. The bride and groom, visiting from Turkey, exchanged vows in a beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by Vancouver’s lush greenery and garden flowers. Marcela and I designed the floral concept together, featuring a deconstructed arch, covered in white hydrangeas, blush and white roses, and dahlias—creating romantic, luxury Persian wedding flowers that framed their special moment. The talented Ghazaleh of @morvaridevents styled a breathtaking Sofreh, adding to the authentic Persian wedding décor. The Petalino team worked efficiently to complete the ceremony setup in a timely manner, then swiftly transitioned to designing the elegant reception space. The soft blush, white, and green palette made this unforgettable day a dream for anyone seeking Persian wedding flowers and design in Vancouver.
Bridal Bouquet
A bridal bouquet should feel timeless, just like the love it represents. For this round bouquet, I combined soft white hydrangeas with elegant orchids to create something classic yet simple. The fluffy hydrangea blooms give it a romantic fullness, while the orchids add that perfect touch of modern elegance. It’s made for the bride who wants something chic but effortless — perfect for luxury weddings, Persian ceremonies, or any traditional celebration here in Vancouver. Whether it’s a small gathering or a big event, this hydrangea and orchid bouquet brings a quiet kind of luxury that lasts, just like the memories you’ll make.
Persian Sofreh Aghd
A sofreh typically includes a mirror, candles, sweets, nuts, coins, and fresh flowers—each with deep meaning, wishing the couple happiness, abundance, and love. Fresh flowers are an essential part of every Persian sofreh aghd. They symbolize beauty, purity, and the blossoming of a joyful marriage. In Persian weddings, flowers bring life, fragrance, and positive energy to the ceremony, surrounding the couple with natural grace. At Petalino, we design Persian sofreh aghd and floral arrangements that beautifully honour these traditions for Persian weddings in Vancouver and beyond.
Deconstructed Arch and Aisle Flowers
We designed a deconstructed arch as the perfect backdrop to the sofreh aghd where the bride and groom were sitting. It was filled with lush white and blush flowers—whimsical and elegant—covered in roses, hydrangeas, baby’s breath, and dahlias. The whole look felt soft, romantic, and timeless.
The aisle flowers were airy and elegant, sitting right on the grass to create a natural pathway for the bride. We added height with delphinium to give the design more dimension and a beautiful garden feel.
